The fragrance of the rose, remains on the hand that gives it. - Unknown I took a risk cutting my long stemmed valentine roses. Whew, I was relieved it worked out and liked it so much in this vase, I painted it. The rich bordeaux red with the touch of light has this elusive feel of burnished gold roses.
