Hello friends! I hope your summer has been of good times with friends and family.
It's back to the easel for me!
I've been playing around a lot this summer. Allen and I drove out west, visited friends and family, enjoyed warm beaches, planted flowers and vegetables, canned....goodness, no wonder I haven't been painting as much. Time to get back in the flow; dusting my studio, preparing canvases, paint and photographing subject matter. Like getting back into an exercise routine, you know you'll feel great after, but sort of dread it.
Featured this month are two latest paintings. "Lady in Red" above which will be offered by auction this Saturday, October 7, 2017, at
one of the area's premier wineries The Columns at Six Penny Farm
It's not too late to participate in this fun event!
